Week 2 Evening Exercises - 91 Days of Conscious Eating
For week two, your focus will be on noticing your state of mind right before, during, and right after eating. Specifically, you'll be looking to notice times when your mind goes blank. Also, try to pay attention to how often you are aware that you are eating. Or not aware. Finally, try to name something you were doing, right before, during, or right after eating. Is doing this hard? If so, write it down.
