Week 4 Evening Exercises - 91 Days of Conscious Eating
This week, you'll focus on reclaiming your sense of taste. Or at least, on noticing how much of this sense you've lost over the years. Realize, it's not uncommon for people to taste little to nothing after the first few bites. In effect, most people go blank during meals, at least with regard to the taste of what they're eating.
Do you do this? To know for sure, do your best to watch closely throughout your meals.
