Week 5 Evening Exercises - 91 Days of Conscious Eating
This week's evening exercise is to name your emotions, right before, during, and right after eating. Why? Because a strong correlation exists between overeating and mental blankness. Thus noticing your emotions, or the lack thereof, can help you to eat consciously. Or at least, to discover one of the main things preventing you from eating consciously.
