Week 7 Evening Exercises - 91 Days of Conscious Eating

This week's focus will be on times you use will power. For instance, do you use will power to decide how much to put on your plate? How about not going for seconds? How about not eating dessert, or not talking politics? Can you even make it through a whole meal without feeling urges to will yourself to be different in some way.

These exercises will be tough for some people.

Try to be gentle with yourself.
