Week 8 Morning Exercises - 91 Days of Conscious Eating
For years, I hated having to eat at the table with my family. I also hated eating in front of strangers, or in front of coworkers. I really hated eating junk in front of people who ate well. And I most hated being at a table wherein people were fighting.
How about you? What do you hate about meals and eating? Are you ashamed of what and how you eat? Are you fearful of losing control?
The thing to remember this week then is that you can't change what you can't see. So changing your weight, food, and fitness begins with knowing, not judging, yourself.
