Week four's morning questions will explore your thoughts about how weight changes? Must you starve yourself to lose weight? If the scale goes down one pound, do you think you've lost this pound? What about other people's weights? Do you secretly judge them for struggling? Or envy them if they lose weight? what about people who are naturally thin? Do you hate them!

Most people find doing these exercises hard. This said, do your best to be honest.
