Week 6 Evening Exercises - 91 Days of Conscious Eating

This week's evening exercises involve looking for times wherein you feel pressured. You'll be looking for this feeling right before, during, and right after meals. For instance, right before meals, do you feel pressured to not overeat? Or to eat slowly? Or to not use salt? Or to not say the wrong thing? After meals, do you feel compelled to get away from the table as fast as you can?

In many families, meals times are some of the more stressful times of day. This stress then affects how much, how fast, and what you eat. Or perhaps you feel compelled to get as much work done before you eat. Try to record any and all pressures, no matter how seemingly unimportant.
