One of the things I discovered when I did my first 91 day workbook was how often I acted as if there would not be enough food. I rushed to restaurants as if there would be no food left. I heaped food on my plate as if there would not be enough for me. I scanned the plates of others to see if they had more than I did. To be honest, when I began, I had no idea I was suffering from "food poverty." And over the years, I've been repeatedly surprised by how many other people fell this too.
